We are solicitors in Huddersfield who provide a totally free consultation service to members of the public. We are happy to discuss your legal issue with you. There is absolutely no charge and after the consultation you are not obliged to use our service.
During your free consultation we will advise you whether we are able to assist you further with your legal case. Should you then wish to instruct us to act upon your behalf we will discuss the various methods of funding your case going forward. Nearly all our cases are funded by No win – No fee agreements.
As a result of the Civil Liabilty Act 2018 many Law Firms are now charging 30% of your compensation plus VAT (which equates to 36%). We commit to retain our existing rate of no more than 25% inclusive of VAT.

You will speak directly with either Tom or David who are both fully qualified solicitors each with over 20 years experience. We are experts at dealing with personal injury claims but are qualified in all areas of law. Should you require advice that is beyond our area of expertise we will try our best to direct you to an alternative source of assistance.

HW Solicitors are based in Lion Chambers in Huddersfield Town Centre. We are opposite the train station. We are open on weekdays between 9am and 5pm. You are welcome to drop into the office for your free consultation. No appointment is necessary.
