How do we get paid? If you win your case, the other side pay our costs. If you don't win your case, we dont get paid. Either way, it costs you nothing to use our services.

When you contact us you will only deal with a qualified Solicitor. Other companies you see advertising often have to "refer you to their experts" or filter claims with unqualified paralegals. Cut out the middlemen (and their fees) and deal directly with a Solicitor.

We have not paid an insurance company or claims management company a fee to introduce you to us.

If you use a claims managment company rather than a Solicitor direct, they will charge a solicitor to refer you to them.

Some solicitors pay insurance companies to introduce you to them. We have no connection to any insurance company and want to make them pay you as much compensation as possible.
